Cancellation policy

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

When you enroll in a subscription through WholesaleWaterCooler.com, you authorize recurring purchases and automatic charges to your selected payment method at the delivery interval you choose.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 6 or 12 months, according to your selection, and continue until canceled.

Eligible subscription products receive a 10% discount. There is no minimum purchase commitment, and you are not required to complete a minimum number of subscription orders.

Your recurring purchase amount and billing frequency are displayed when you enroll. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may apply.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may skip, reschedule, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal charge, without penalty.

Subscriptions can be managed through your online subscription portal. You may also Contact Us for assistance. You are not required to provide a reason for canceling.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges. It does not automatically cancel an order for which payment has already been processed.

RENEWAL REMINDERS

We send reminder emails approximately 10 days and 2 days before scheduled renewals to provide an opportunity to review upcoming orders, make changes, or cancel. Additional renewal reminders may be sent as required by applicable law.

PRICE CHANGES

If the price of your subscription is going to change, we’ll email you before the change takes effect with the new price and how to cancel.

AFTER A RENEWAL CHARGE

If your subscription has renewed and you need to cancel the resulting order before it ships, please contact us Contact Us promptly.

ORDERS THAT HAVE SHIPPED

Once a renewal order has shipped, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update our subscription terms periodically. When required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes, together with information about how to cancel before those changes take effect.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy applies to subscriptions started on or after October 24, 2026. Subscriptions started earlier continue under the terms they were started with.
